Preston Hopson

Mr. Hopson joined Tetra Tech in January 2018 as Senior Vice President and General Counsel and was elected Secretary to the Board of Directors. He also serves as Chief Compliance Officer and is responsible for the global Human Resources function. Mr. Hopson previously held positions as Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at the engineering and infrastructure firm AECOM and at the law firm O’Melveny & Myers, LLP. He began his career as a Judicial Clerk on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Hopson holds Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor degrees from Yale University.
